On Team and Enterprise, every seat adds 20 devices to a single pool, used however your organisation likes. Five seats give you 100 devices, and one administrator could run 90 of them.
Service accounts
A service account belongs to your organisation rather than a person. Use one for servers, CI and automation.

Service accounts consume device capacity from your pool but don’t contribute to it.
What counts as a device
Each computer, server or phone signed in to IXEL Mesh counts once, whether it’s online or not. Removing a device in the Dashboard frees its place.
